Milton Harms is the founder and managing director of Romar Freezone Trading Co. He established the company in 1988, and it has since grown to become the largest distribution company in Aruba. The company deals in beverage, food, and tobacco products. As its director, Milton Harms oversees acquisitions and develops marketing strategies to advance the company. These strategies have helped him expand the company's influence to neighboring countries such as Bonaire and Curacao. Mr. Harms quickly grew the company to 20 employees, and it now employs over 120 workers.

Mr. Harms earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Rhode Island's Bryant University in 1982, and went on to obtain an MBA from the University of Edinburgh three years later. Apart from his company, Milton Harms has acquired major shares in other companies like Unisales Agency and Licores Aruba. He is an award-winning businessman with an interest in technological innovations. He played a major role in establishing Aruba's first and largest solar car park.

Outside of professional activities, Milton Harms loves to sail off the coast of Aruba. He is also fluent in English, Papiamento, Dutch, and Spanish.
